Required skill(s):
High propensity to establish and maintain relationships, friendly and outgoing, able to cope with stress, outstanding work ethic and drive to be successful, ability to think quickly and work with basic mathematics, ability to close a sale.
Applicants must have:
▪ At least 3-5 years experience working in retail sales
▪ At least 3 years working experience in skin care or cosmetics
▪ Passionate and driven attitudes
▪ Fluency in English
Job responsibilities include:
▪ Approaching and Engaging with customers to spark their curiosity with Organic products.
▪ Performing facial demonstrations and explaining the benefits and attributes of the products.
▪ Ensuring that the shop is always tidy and clean.
▪ Opening and closing the shop in accordance with the work-time hours of the shopping center.
