RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase
TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORIGANI PRODUCT PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

IN-STORE PURCHASES
For purchases made at an ORIGANI store boutique or another retail outlet, please contact the retailer directly for their return and exchange policy.
ONLINE PURCHASES
For items purchased at the ORIGANI website, please provide the following:
1. complete an Online Returns Form;
2. provide original proof of purchase;
3. ensure the product is in original, undamaged, unopened packaging and resalable condition;
4. any promotional gifts included with the purchased product, in undamaged and unopened packaging;
5. ensure that your product is returned within 7 days of submitting the Online Returns Form;

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does it take to process a refund?
Store refunds are processed immediately; however it can take up to 3 – 5 days for your bank to clear the funds back to your account.
Online refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be processed. This is due to the extenuated timing for return shipping and handling.

What if I receive an ORIGANI product as a gift, but I would like to change it for something else?

What if my product is damaged or faulty?
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, we will happily organise a replacement once the original item has been returned.

What if I return a product one day after the 7 or 30-day term, but there was a public holiday during the period? Does the holiday count as a “day”?
“Days” mean calendar days, which includes weekends and public holidays.

How will my refund be processed?
A refund payment will be processed according to the original tender method.
