REFUND
All sales are final after the point of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the purchased item(s) is/are defective. If in the rare circumstance you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with details of the product along with your receipt and the defective item, after which we will exchange it immediately with great pleasure.
EXCHANGE
In the event that a product is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange the item(s) without question. If the product is believed to be damaged or defective in any way; please contact us at +60 328 567 570 with details of the product and the defect after which you can send the item back for an exchange. Exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

For purchases made at an ORIGANI store boutique or another retail outlet, please contact the retailer directly for their return and exchange policy.

Upon viewing the receipt of the returned product, we will carefully examine and notify you via e-mail or through a phone call, within one (1) business day, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect and if so, we will send a replacement within two (2) business days and email the shipping airway bill receipt as proof that the replacement has been sent. For products brought into the shop and believed to be defective, the store manager will make a brief evaluation and exchange the item(s). All the staff around the world working in Origani shops are trained to be courteous and professional to all customers and are there to serve and help the consumer understand the product ranges and benefits.

ONLINE PURCHASES

For items purchased at the ORIGANI website, please provide the following:

Complete an Online Returns Form

▪ Provide Original Proof of Purchase

▪ Ensure the product is in original, undamaged, unopened packaging and resalable condition

▪ Any promotional gifts included with the purchased product, in undamaged and unopened packaging

▪ Ensure that your product is returned within 7 days of submitting the Online Returns Form

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does it take to process a refund?
Store refunds are processed immediately; however it can take up to 3 - 5 days for your bank to clear the funds back to your account. Online refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be processed. This is due to the extenuated timing for return shipping and handling.
What if I receive an ORIGANI product as a gift, but I would like to change it for something else?

What if my product is damaged or faulty?
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, we will happily organised a replacement once the original item has been returned.
What if I return a product one day after the 7 or 30-day term, but there was a public holiday during the period? Does the holiday count as a "day"?
"Days" mean calendar days, which includes weekends and public holidays.
How will my refund be processed?
A refund payment will be processed according to the original tender method.
